Vendor Registration for BCE Expo Booths
Vendor Registration & Payment: Parallel to the BCE Symposium a mini expo is designed to join hands with our partner vendors to promote their products, services, or ideas to the environment and tourism-related target group. To provide a better service, please sign up and log in to the website first
Click the “Vendor Registration” button below. On the BCE Ticket page, select the “BCE Committee Member / Vendor” option. On the add-on reservations, select “Rent Expo Booth (20-21 Feb)”. Change the number of units you rent.
Mini Expo dates: 20th and 21st February 2025 full day (total number of Booths available now = 10 units)
Booth size: 3 x 3 m (or 3 x 2 m) with one side or two sides opening (same price and depending on unit availability and location placed)
Operating time: 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM
Booth Rent: IDR 3.400.000 (USD 200) for 2 days
Location: The Alana Yogyakarta Hotel and Convention Center (Booths will be placed around the ballroom and meeting rooms)
