Visa for Participants or Presenters in Meetings or Conventions

Single-Entry Visitor Visa (Index C10)

Description of Activities:
Participating in meetings, incentives, conventions, and exhibitions or similar events as a speaker, lecturer, presenter, or influential figure.

Visa Types and Duration of Stay:
Single Entry Visa for 60 Days (2 Months), extendable.

Fee Components:

  • Submission at the Directorate General of Immigration
    • Visa Fee for 60-Day Visa (2 months): Rp. 2,000,000 (USD 125)
    • Visa Verification Category I Fee: Rp. 1,000,000 (USD 60)
    • Visa Handling Fee: Rp. 500,000 (USD 30)

Total: Rp. 3,500,000 (USD 215)



Visa Application Requirements

General Requirements:

  • Passport valid for at least 6 months
  • Recent colored passport photo
  • Additional documents (e.g., invitation letter from BCE explaining the details of the agenda and the topics of the symposia to be presented)


Prohibitions

  • Residing in Indonesia beyond the stay permit period
  • Engaging in the sale of goods or services
  • Working in an employment relationship with individuals or corporations in Indonesia
